Grupo QuintoAndar is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead the development of AI-driven conversational experiences within our real estate technology ecosystem. This role is pivotal in enhancing user interactions by integrating advanced machine learning models into our support systems. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional professionals to drive innovation and efficiency in our AI solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying machine learning systems focused on chatbots and search functionalities. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and executing experiments, analyzing diverse datasets to improve existing models, and developing new ones. Additionally, you will apply the scientific method to create applications powered by large language models (LLMs), including prompt testing, understanding LLM capabilities, evaluating agents, and building proofs of concept for generative AI features. Active participation in discussions and decisions within the Data Science chapter is also expected.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in technical fields, with a strong background in data science and AI product development. Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks are essential. Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Google Vertex AI SDK, as well as expertise in establishing evaluation kits for agentic systems, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to collaborate effectively with global teams.
