GTM Knowledge Engineer
The GTM Knowledge Engineer at Everlaw is a pivotal role within the Go-to-Market (GTM) Center of Excellence, bridging Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Information Systems. This position focuses on developing and enhancing intelligent interfaces, AI agents, and knowledge systems to streamline workflows for commercial teams, thereby reducing friction and improving efficiency.
In this capacity, the GTM Knowledge Engineer will design, implement, and refine GTM agents that automate various seller tasks, including meeting preparation, proof of value generation, certification processes, stakeholder mapping, and ROI modeling. Additionally, the role involves translating complex packaging, policy, and process requirements into clear, proactive user-layer guardrails, facilitating faster and more consistent operations across the quote-to-cash process.
Candidates should possess at least four years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of one year dedicated to building and deploying AI agents, conversational interfaces, or enterprise-grade internal applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is essential, along with experience interacting directly with APIs and vector storage systems. A strong understanding of GTM processes and the ability to translate complex operational policies into automated, user-friendly solutions are also crucial.
This full-time, exempt position offers a hybrid work schedule, with options to work from the Oakland, CA, or New York City office.
