Everlaw, a company dedicated to promoting justice by illuminating the truth, is seeking a Field Enablement Partner to join their team. This role is integral to transforming Everlaw's field enablement approach from general skill development to high-stakes performance consulting. The position is available in Oakland, CA, New York, NY, or Washington D.C., with a hybrid work schedule: in-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and optional remote work on Tuesday and Friday.

As a Field Enablement Partner, you will focus on enabling the end-to-end sales process and commercial methodology for Everlaw's emerging segments, particularly the Public Sector and Corporate Legal sectors. Your responsibilities will include transforming field enablement into high-stakes consulting, optimizing complex deal stages, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Value Engineers, Solution Architects, and Account Executives, deploying AI-aided coaching using tools like Gong, and partnering with Product, Product Marketing, AE Leadership, Sales Operations, and Strategy to co-author and refine segment-specific plays. Additionally, you will establish clear project plans defining strategic impact, scope, timelines, and quantitative success metrics for all global customer success enablement initiatives.

Candidates should have at least four years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of two years in Enablement or a direct, quota-carrying, client-facing Account Executive role. The ideal candidate will be a high-stakes consultative partner who successfully influences leadership, can tell compelling, persuasive stories through numbers, deeply understands enterprise tech stacks and workflows, and is a detailed and process-driven communicator who can bring structure to ambiguity and translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

The expected salary range for this role is between $113,000 and $182,000 annually, with the final offer dependent upon the candidate’s experience and skills. Additional benefits include an equity program, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care expenses, paid parental leave, approximately 10 days (80 hours) per year of sick leave, 17 paid vacation days plus 11 federal holidays, membership to Modern Health to help employees prioritize mental health and wellness, annual allocation for learning and development opportunities and applicable professional membership dues, and company-sponsored life and disability insurance.

Everlaw's company culture is open and democratic, with a commitment to the professional growth of team members. The company offers an annual learning and development stipend and regular check-ins with managers regarding career goals. If you're looking for a place that values passion, integrity, thinking big, and a desire to learn, Everlaw encourages you to apply. The company does not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and encourages applications from individuals who feel they can bring value to the team.

Everlaw is dedicated to building technology that illuminates the truth and transforms the practice of law. Their mission is to promote justice by illuminating truth, empowering organizations to navigate the increasingly complex ediscovery landscape, tackle technological challenges, and chart a straighter path to the truth. The company culture is open and democratic, with a commitment to the professional growth of team members. (everlaw.eu)
