GTM & RevOps Senior Specialist
The GTM & RevOps Senior Specialist at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Marketing and Revenue Operations team, focusing on the Enterprise Business Unit. This position is based in São Paulo and operates in a hybrid work environment. In this role, the specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) automations and AI-powered systems to identify prospects aligning with the company's Ideal Customer Profile. Key responsibilities include building workflows within existing tools such as Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce to enrich data and automate personalized messaging for target accounts. Additionally, the specialist creates systems that deliver timely and relevant account research to sales development and sales representatives, acts as the internal operational expert for Clay and Salesloft, and serves as the primary technical escalation point for regional sales and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate possesses solid experience in a B2B SaaS GTM environment, demonstrating proficiency with tools like Clay, Zapier/n8n, Salesforce/Hubspot, and basic Python or SQL. A growth mindset is essential, with an emphasis on rapid prototyping and independent problem-solving. The role requires a focus on the return on investment of automations, ensuring they effectively support sales and demand generation efforts. Strong communication skills in English are necessary to influence cross-functional stakeholders and achieve team targets.
