WPP Media is seeking a Media Operations Manager for a temporary position in Oslo, Norway. The Media Operations Manager will have end-to-end administrative responsibility for planning, executing, and following up on media campaigns. Key duties include coordinating with specialists, media managers, and client leads to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and key performance indicators. The role also involves monitoring campaign flow, ensuring deadlines are met, overseeing campaign finances, and facilitating accurate billing and budget reconciliation.

The ideal candidate is structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong numerical skills and experience in financial reporting and budget management are essential. Familiarity with various media channels, both online and offline, and their operational requirements is important. Experience from a media agency or similar role, focusing on operational campaign management and financial control, is advantageous. Proficiency in administrative tools such as Excel, Wrike, and Marathon is also desirable.
