Head of Account Management
Fieldwire, a leading provider of field management solutions for the construction industry, is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead its post-sales SaaS Account Management Division. This role involves defining and executing strategies to drive digital transformation in the construction sector, aligning with global teams, and overseeing the Account Management Organization dedicated to Fieldwire's project management software. The position is fully remote within the United States.
Key responsibilities include establishing functional and disciplinary management of the Account Management Organization, developing and managing a high-performing team with an agile mindset, and jointly owning the strategic direction of the team. The role also entails delivering organizational objectives through strong renewal practices, evolving the expansion sales framework, and acting as a competence center for future growth by sharing best practices with key stakeholders. Additionally, the Head of Account Management will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, leading and coaching managers, and monitoring market dynamics to enhance market penetration and customer experience.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred but not essential), with 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing functions and/or project management within the construction industry. A minimum of 5 years in sales management with proven success in an international context is required. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial and agile mindset, be pragmatic and solution-oriented in ambiguous environments, and demonstrate a passion for people with the ability to coach and provide effective feedback. Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skills are essential.
The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $157,500 to $160,000, with the potential for a variable bonus up to $70,000.
