The role also includes overseeing the accounting and financial reporting activities of the Warsaw Hub, in collaboration with a local vendor.

Key responsibilities encompass developing management information reporting to support operational hub financial performance, providing actionable cost management insights to hub leadership, and identifying efficiency opportunities. The role involves driving standardization of budget structures and planning processes across hubs, maintaining a globally consistent and tax-compliant intercompany recharge framework, and establishing cost benchmarking methodologies to support location strategy and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in financial management within a global organization, preferably in a professional services environment. Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis is essential, along with a deep understanding of intercompany charging and transfer pricing principles.
