Head of Global Physical Security
The Head of Global Physical Security at Clifford Chance is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's global physical security strategy, governance, and standards. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the global physical security strategy and multi-year roadmap, establishing governance frameworks, and owning the global physical security risk register. The role also involves developing and maintaining policies and technical standards for access control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, and workplace design security requirements. Additionally, the Head of Global Physical Security will oversee the implementation of security controls, conduct risk assessments, and manage relationships with external partners such as building landlords, security suppliers, and law enforcement agencies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in physical security management within a global, multi-jurisdictional organization. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across various functions. A deep understanding of risk management, operational resilience, and compliance with international security standards is required.
