The Head of Legal - Financial Services will play a pivotal role in supporting Alma31's growth by proactively managing legal risks, offering pragmatic advice, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams within the company. Reporting directly to the General Secretary, this position involves working closely with the Executive Committee and departments such as Product, Tech, Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and People. Additionally, the Head of Legal will serve as Alma31's Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining effective communication with data protection authorities.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing Alma31's legal and privacy strategy, advising on product development and strategic projects, overseeing corporate governance matters, and managing external counsel and legal budgets.
