Head of Legal LATAM

MiQ Digital is seeking a Head of Legal for the Latin America (LATAM) region to join their global legal team. This pivotal role involves leading commercial legal support across 12 LATAM territories, reviewing and negotiating a diverse range of contracts, advising internal teams on daily legal matters, and overseeing regional regulatory compliance. The position also entails supporting post-acquisition integration efforts, managing external counsel relationships, and contributing to the development of scalable legal processes and governance frameworks within the LATAM region.
