Head of People & Talent
Tulip is seeking a Head of People & Talent to lead our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our people strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission to transform frontline operations. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of People & Talent will drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and support our rapid growth.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and designing programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Additionally, this role will collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce needs, ensuring that our teams are equipped to meet business objectives.
Candidates should possess a strong background in human resources leadership, with experience in scaling teams within a fast-paced environment. Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies, employee relations, and organizational development is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively partner with stakeholders across the organization and to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
