As the Head of B2B Sales at AUTO1 Group, you will lead the B2B Sales team of 30 employees across our three Belgian locations: Antwerp, Hasselt, and Ghislenghien. Your leadership and results-driven approach will elevate team performance and ensure seamless collaboration with both national and international stakeholders, directly contributing to the success of Belgium.

In this role, you will directly manage, coach, and develop three operational teams and their leaders, focusing on performance, collaboration, and growth. You will translate our B2B strategy into actionable plans, oversee daily sales results, and report clearly to our headquarters in Germany. Additionally, you will work closely with international departments to implement best practices and align Belgian sales activities with AUTO1's global strategy.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, sales operations, or consultancy within a dynamic, preferably international or digital environment. You should have a minimum of 3 years in an operational management or leadership role, including direct supervision of multiple teams or team leaders. Proven success in achieving growth objectives, performance management, process optimization, and implementing innovative tools is essential. Strong analytical skills, sales forecasting abilities, and proficiency in KPI design and reporting tools are required. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.

We offer a permanent contract with a competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertise.
