Head of Specialized & Political Demand
Rumble is seeking a Head of Specialized & Political Demand to lead the development and expansion of advertising relationships within specialized categories, focusing on political, advocacy, and issue-based advertisers. This role involves building and executing go-to-market strategies, establishing partnerships with campaigns, PACs, advocacy organizations, agencies, and consultants, and driving revenue growth in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Key responsibilities include defining and implementing strategies for engaging political and specialized advertisers, cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders, leading deal development and securing foundational partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure effective and compliant campaign execution. The role also involves monitoring market trends and election cycles to identify opportunities and inform demand strategies.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital advertising, political advertising, strategic partnerships, or related fields, with a proven track record in building or scaling demand in political or advocacy sectors. A strong understanding of political ad buying, campaign cycles, compliance considerations, and the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deals with multiple stakeholders is essential. Experience with video, streaming, CTV, or digital platforms is preferred.
This remote-eligible position requires travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
