Head of West Coast & Entertainment
Rumble is seeking a Head of West Coast & Entertainment to establish and scale its advertising business across key West Coast markets, focusing on entertainment, media, and culturally influential brands. This senior leadership role involves defining the go-to-market strategy, opening key accounts, and building a high-performing team to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include building and owning Rumble’s West Coast advertising business, defining and executing regional and vertical go-to-market strategies, establishing relationships with key advertisers and agencies, leading early-stage deal development, and partnering cross-functionally to shape offerings and bring new solutions to market. The role also involves identifying strategic partnership opportunities and implementing sales processes and pipeline management.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital advertising, enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships, with a proven track record of building or scaling a region, vertical, or new line of business. A deep network across West Coast advertisers, agencies, and entertainment industry decision-makers is essential, along with strong experience in strategic partnerships and complex deal structures. Background in video, CTV, social platforms, or creator-driven ecosystems is strongly preferred.
