ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of Technology Operations & Security is responsible for the reliability, security, and compliance of One Pass’s internal technology environment. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight across IT infrastructure, cloud operations, service delivery, cybersecurity operations, and compliance execution.
This leader ensures technology operations are scalable, secure, audit-ready, and aligned with business priorities. Serving as the primary owner for IT operations, operational security, incident response coordination, and third-party security engagements, this role partners closely with Engineering, Product, HR, and external stakeholders. This is an operational leadership role focused on execution, coordination, and accountability rather than deep product security engineering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology Operations & Service Delivery
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud services, DevOps support, network management, system administration, and end-user support
• Ensure reliable, high-availability delivery of internal technology services aligned to business needs and SLAs
• Own IT service management practices, including incident, change, problem, and asset management (ITIL-aligned)
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and readiness
