The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in a busy, high-profile venue and a natural flair for first-class service. They should be reliable, friendly, and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, maintaining composure and effectively solving problems under pressure. A hospitable and approachable demeanor, passion for customer service, and respect towards colleagues and guests are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
