Health & Safety Coordinator (m/w/d)
As a Health & Safety Coordinator at AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our health and safety organization. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the industry with brands like wirkaufendeinauto.de, and Autohero. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting health and safety training sessions and employee programs. You will also support the establishment of a dedicated health and safety team and mentor junior coordinators. Collaborating with team leaders and colleagues, you will ensure the effective implementation of all health and safety measures. Additionally, you will visit our wirkaufendeinauto.de branches 1-2 times per month to promote on-site occupational safety.
The ideal candidate has experience in project management or occupational safety and a strong motivation to advance in the health and safety field. You should work independently, be well-organized, and communicate clearly and persuasively. An interest in data and key performance indicators is essential. Proficiency in both German and English is required. While certification as a safety specialist is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Willingness to travel nationwide (approximately 1-2 branch visits per month) is expected.
