About the role
As Healthcare Data Partnerships Lead, you'll build and own Mercor's data partnerships engine in healthcare from the ground up. An integral part of our strategy is partnering with health systems, payers, EHR vendors, and other organizations that hold large, high-quality healthcare datasets to access new kinds of data at scale.
You'll identify, reach out to, and close partnerships with a wide range of organizations, then manage those relationships long-term. You'll create the playbooks, build the pipeline, and define how we measure success. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has done healthcare data partnerships before.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize potential data partners: health systems, payers, EHR vendors, life sciences companies, and other organizations with large, structured healthcare datasets
- Own the full partnership cycle, outbound prospecting, pitch development, deal negotiation, and close
- Structure and negotiate data licensing and data sharing agreements, including pricing, access terms, compliance requirements, and usage rights
