The Help Desk Specialist at Strongpoint Partners provides frontline technical support to end users, ensuring the reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Key responsibilities include offering Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications, building and deploying laptops managed through Microsoft Intune, diagnosing network and VPN connectivity issues, managing user accounts in Office 365, ensuring endpoint security compliance, maintaining accurate asset records, and escalating complex incidents as needed.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role, strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, experience with Microsoft Intune or similar tools, a solid understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN technologies, familiarity with ITSM tools, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
