High Value Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated High Value Case Manager to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. This role involves collaborating closely with attorneys to develop settlements and prepare necessary documents and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and empathetic, contributing to our mission of protecting the people, not the powerful.

Key responsibilities include proactive daily interactions with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, both via phone and in person. The Case Manager will order medical records, obtain documents to support injury or liability positions, and interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. Additionally, the role involves preparing comprehensive demands and assembling supporting materials for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney. Maintaining organized case files and collaborating with multiple coworkers involved in case management are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are also required.
