High Value Case Manager

As a High Value Case Manager at Morgan & Morgan, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex personal injury cases within our Las Vegas office. This position requires a highly organized individual who can handle a diverse caseload and contribute significantly to our mission of advocating for consumer rights.

Your primary responsibilities will include daily interactions with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, both over the phone and in person. You will be tasked with ordering and reviewing medical records, obtaining necessary documentation to support injury and liability claims, and negotiating case settlements with insurance carriers. Additionally, you will work closely with attorneys, prepare comprehensive demand packages, and maintain organized case files.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in a legal or insurance adjuster role, with a strong emphasis on personal injury cases. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience as a case manager is advantageous. Essential skills include the ability to multitask, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal procedures and documentation. Strong negotiating skills are also crucial for this role.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Las Vegas, Nevada, requiring attendance five days per week during regular business hours.
