[HN/HCM] Senior Business Development
Eurofins is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to join our team in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. As a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services, Eurofins provides comprehensive solutions across various industries, including food, environment, pharmaceutical, and consumer products. This role focuses on expanding our toys testing services within the Vietnamese market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market and account plans to achieve targets for toys testing services. Key duties include identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with toy manufacturers, exporters, retailers, brands, and sourcing offices. Maintaining and strengthening relationships with assigned vendors and key accounts is essential, as is delivering exceptional customer experiences in collaboration with customer service and laboratory teams. The role also involves preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations, negotiating to close deals with healthy margins, and tracking opportunities and activities in CRM systems to provide accurate reports and forecasts.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of strong B2B sales experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with international clients and partners. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong discipline in CRM and planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel occasionally are also necessary.
