The HPLC Empower Subject Matter Expert at Eurofins is responsible for supporting the Biochemistry Empower Software and providing training in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) techniques. This role involves collaborating with the Empower Support Lead to evaluate Empower reports and project setups, and serving as the primary contact for in-lab training on HPLC and CE instrumentation setup and operation. The expert will also address instrument setup queries from new analysts and promote best practices for HPLC and CE systems.

Key responsibilities include developing and applying training curricula, assisting training staff and management in scheduling and conducting new hire HPLC and CE training sessions, and advising leadership on optimal training resources and consumable usage for both HPLC and CE analyses. The role also involves liaising with the training center to prepare departmental materials for new hires, maintaining current resources for instrument troubleshooting and staff training, and performing other assigned duties.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in science or a related field and have a minimum of three years of experience with HPLC instrumentation, Capillary Electrophoresis, and Empower Software. Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is required.
