HR Business Partner

Harbor is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. The HRBP will serve as a relationship manager for Harbor employees, managers, and leaders, providing comprehensive HR support to specific business units. This role requires a deep understanding of business priorities to effectively influence employee engagement and performance. A data-driven approach will be essential in assisting leaders to address concerns, enhance performance, improve retention, and foster a positive employee experience. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, this is a remote position operating within AST/EST/CST hours from Canada.
