IMC is seeking a confident and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our progressive and growing HR team in Mumbai, India. This role plays a strategic part in the development of our employees and leaders, enhancing the overall employee experience and driving organizational success.

The HR Business Partner will oversee HR systems and support key initiatives in onboarding, learning and development, and global mobility. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate HRIS and payroll data, managing all stages of the employment lifecycle, conducting onboarding check-ins, and championing organizational culture by driving diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Additionally, the role involves planning and managing learning and development sessions, coordinating internship and onboarding programs, facilitating global transfers, and regularly updating HR policies to align with best practices and legal changes.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering. A proven track record in improving HR processes and driving employee experience is essential. Demonstrated experience in learning and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
