HR Coordinator
Eurofins Discovery Services North America, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in St. Charles, MO. As a key member of the Human Resources department, the HR Coordinator will support various administrative tasks and projects, contributing to the company's mission of providing services and products to the drug discovery research industry.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating electronic personnel records, preparing and presenting onboarding sessions for new hires, processing HRIS transactions in Oracle HCM, and overseeing the voluntary termination process. Additional duties include updating HR reports, tracking compliance trainings, and assisting with the administration of various HR programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A High School Diploma with 2-4 years of human resources experience, or a Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field with 0-2 years of experience, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS systems like Oracle HCM are preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
