Eurofins|Spectro is seeking an HR Executive to join our team in Okhla, New Delhi. The HR Executive will oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Responsibilities include conducting background verifications through third-party agencies, driving employee engagement initiatives, and leading performance management and talent development programs. Additionally, the role involves addressing employee relations issues in collaboration with line managers and employees, providing compensation support, and managing payroll inputs for designated business lines.

Candidates should possess an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources. Essential skills include strong communication and presentation abilities, an analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in preparing HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition, and maintaining HR dashboards, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
