HR Internship

WPP Media is seeking an HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As part of WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, WPP Media integrates media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a leading global media organization.

In this role, you will assist with the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating IT requests and ensuring smooth transitions. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining personnel files, performing HR filing, and supporting various HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities. Additionally, you will assist with HR communications, company-wide announcements, and updating the organizational chart on a quarterly basis. Other ad hoc tasks may be assigned as needed.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities are highly valued. The internship requires a minimum commitment of three months.
