HR Operations Teamlead (fulltime/parttime minimaal 24 uur)
As an HR Operations Team Lead at Eurofins, you will serve as the primary contact within the HR Operations department located in Barneveld. Eurofins is an international publicly traded company specializing in laboratory research across various sectors, including environment, food, and health. In this role, you will coordinate and actively participate in daily HR processes such as contract management, time registration, absence administration, and onboarding of new colleagues. You will ensure these processes run smoothly, accurately, and according to agreements. Additionally, you will act as a key sparring partner for the HR Manager, overseeing work distribution within the team, supporting colleagues with complex cases, and helping them grow in their roles. You will monitor the quality and consistency of HR administration and identify areas for improvement, translating system and workflow enhancements into practical solutions that benefit the entire team.
The ideal candidate holds a completed HBO degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and has experience in HR administration or HR operations. Experience in coordination, guidance, or acting as a point of contact is essential. The role requires a service-oriented, communicative, and precise individual who is decisive, a connector, and capable of taking the lead. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
Eurofins offers a salary range between €4,000 and €5,000 gross per month based on full-time employment (standard workweek of 38.16 hours). The position is available for both part-time and full-time employment, with a minimum of 24 hours per week (4 x 6 hours is negotiable). A lease car or mobility budget is possible if work is also conducted at the Amsterdam location.
