The HRIS Customer Implementation Specialist at Workstream is a pivotal role within the customer success team, focusing on onboarding small and medium-sized business clients to the company's HR, payroll, and hiring platform. This position is integral to ensuring clients successfully adopt the software during their initial 30 days, contributing to Workstream's mission of empowering the hourly workforce through innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading multiple daily implementation calls with new clients, managing the end-to-end onboarding process, and providing comprehensive training to drive software adoption. The specialist is expected to set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders, escalate high-severity issues as needed, and participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance communication, tools, and products. Maintaining detailed records of client activities and continuously improving the onboarding process based on feedback are also essential duties.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within software, restaurant technology, or HR technology sectors. Strong adaptability to evolving processes, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments are crucial. Excellent communication skills across various platforms, the capacity to interpret and address customer inquiries effectively, and a commitment to continuous process improvement are highly valued. A stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila are required.
