Walleye Capital is seeking a Human Capital & Marketing professional to join our team in New York City. Key responsibilities include developing and executing human capital strategies that align with the firm's goals, enhancing the firm's marketing efforts to attract top talent and promote the Walleye brand, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a cohesive approach to human capital and marketing initiatives. The role also involves analyzing market trends and internal data to inform decision-making and strategy development, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration and integrity within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in human capital management or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions are essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is also required.
