Human Resources Operations Coordinator

Harbor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources (Talent) Operations Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys supporting Talent Operations across multiple regions. You will play a key role in ensuring Talent processes run smoothly, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and a consistent employee experience.

In this role, you will support end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes across multiple regions. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities such as contracts, documentation, system setup, orientation sessions, and survey feedback. You will ensure all employee data is accurately recorded and maintained in HR systems, manage background checks and pre-employment screening processes, and coordinate offboarding activities including documentation and system access removal. Additionally, you will deliver a positive and consistent onboarding experience for new hires and coordinate the assignment of buddies as part of the new hire buddy program.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an HR/Talent coordination or administrative role, preferably in a professional services, corporate, or fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) is required, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is paramount.

This fixed-term contract offers an opportunity to gain exposure to international processes and support the delivery of Talent services across the UK, Philippines, North America, and other international regions. You will work closely with Talent, IT, and Finance teams globally, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
