Identity and Tooling Manager

Alma is seeking an Identity and Tooling Manager to lead the Identity & Tooling team in Paris. This team is responsible for managing secure and efficient access to Alma's systems, encompassing identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and tooling governance. The role involves collaborating with various departments, including IT, Security, Engineering, People, Finance, Legal, and business teams, to establish standards, processes, and governance frameworks for access management. The position reports to Barbara Goubert and includes managing a team of two individuals. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Paris, with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office.
