We're looking for an experienced individual immigration attorney — including those already running their own firm — who wants to scale further and faster than they could alone, without the operational drag that caps most practices.

The comp structure:
Manifest-sourced = Base + profit share on team performance
Self-sourced = Base + higher profit share — your book, your upside
The more you've built, the more you benefit from bringing it. Your existing clients and referral network earn at the higher rate from day one.
What this role demands:
