Immigration Attorney

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As an Immigration Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in immigration court proceedings, and collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal assistants. Responsibilities include developing legal strategies, preparing clients and witnesses for court and USCIS testimony, and representing both non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings. You will also prepare various immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions, and work with law enforcement and community organizations on immigration law matters.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong ability to manage cases and move them forward effectively. We value team players who are open to collaboration and strategizing with fellow associates. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, and while bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not required. Experience with family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, EOIR, detained cases, citizenship, and other USCIS applications is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $115,000 per year, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
