The Implementation & Activation Manager at WPP Media is responsible for overseeing the activation of client campaigns, ensuring consistent, best-in-class delivery. This role involves shaping effective, efficient, creative, and forward-thinking implementation plans and media schedules to drive business growth. The manager will supervise team workloads, ensuring client demands are met, and foster effective collaboration among team members and key stakeholders. Working closely with senior management, the manager will produce top-tier solutions, offer unparalleled service, and achieve set targets.

Key responsibilities include cultivating strong, trusted relationships with clients at an intermediate level, particularly concerning implementation planning and activation. The manager will proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that address client challenges and objectives, bringing innovation and creativity to the table by leveraging market insights. Ownership of the media plan is essential, including reconciliation and updating plan changes with detailed updates for internal stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing the construction and presentation of insightful and progressive post-analysis reports. Additionally, the manager will motivate and empower direct reports to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews. Participation in industry events, representing the agency positively, is also expected.
