Implementation Consultant
The Implementation Consultant at eClinical Solutions plays a pivotal role in aligning clients' clinical data strategies with the functionalities of the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud. This position involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of the elluminate platform, which serves as the foundation for digital trials. eClinical Solutions is dedicated to accelerating clinical development initiatives by providing expert data services and innovative technology solutions to life sciences organizations worldwide.
Key responsibilities include participating in elluminate implementations by offering business process and product best practices consulting services. The consultant will conduct thorough assessments of clients' environments and expectations to gather requirements effectively. Post-implementation, the role involves measuring and enhancing the return on investment clients receive from elluminate. Additionally, the consultant will lead implementation workshops, administer training sessions, and provide high-quality support to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate possesses a four-year college degree or higher, preferably in an analytic discipline, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of five years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization sectors is preferred. Essential skills include logical problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational and time management capabilities. Technical proficiency in database concepts, analytic software applications (such as Spotfire, J-Review, Qlik, Tableau), and Microsoft Office applications is also required.
