Implementation Consultant
Mitratech, a global leader in legal, risk, compliance, and HR solutions, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team. This role focuses on supporting small to medium-sized businesses and enterprise-level clients in implementing Mitratech's HRC suite, including Trakstar Perform, Learn, and Hire. The position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate with clients during the software implementation phase to translate their business needs into functional configurations of the platform. Your responsibilities will include leading technical solution architecture for mid-sized and enterprise accounts, validating and organizing large datasets, and conducting implementation discovery, setup, and configuration. Additionally, you will attend weekly client meetings, work closely with internal teams to address product enhancements and support requests, and contribute to the development of internal documentation and best practices.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience implementing software within a professional services organization. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, JIRA/Confluence, and Salesforce is required. Strong time management, organizational skills, and project management experience are essential. A college diploma is preferred.
The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 USD.
