Business Intelligence Analyst
The Business Intelligence Analyst at Mitratech will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of business intelligence and reporting initiatives within the organization. This position involves close collaboration with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and develop robust data models that drive insightful analytics. Key responsibilities include gathering detailed requirements from business teams for new BI and reporting initiatives, documenting these requirements into user stories for the development team, and designing data models to support reporting and analytics needs. The analyst will collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure successful delivery of BI solutions, test and validate BI deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage ongoing support. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving data quality issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics, along with 1-2 years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably within a BI or reporting function. Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and BI reporting tools like QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau is required. Strong SQL skills, familiarity with data warehousing concepts, and excellent communication abilities are also essential.
