Implementation Lead
Case IQ is a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions. The Implementation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving customer onboarding and successful delivery of investigative case management SaaS offerings. This position involves overseeing project management, configuration, integration, data migration, user training, and post-launch adoption for large customers.
Key responsibilities include managing the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through go-live and early adoption, leading multiple concurrent implementation projects with clear timelines and milestones, and gathering and translating customer requirements into scalable solutions. The role also involves configuring and supporting integrations (APIs, webhooks, batch data transfers), overseeing data migration processes, developing deep expertise in the product and investigative workflows to guide customers toward best practices, and delivering user training to drive successful adoption and long-term value.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in implementation, project delivery, business analysis, customer onboarding, training, or a related customer-facing role. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate requirements into clear plans, workflows, documentation, or customer enablement materials. Comfort managing timelines, risks, competing priorities, and customer expectations is crucial. A solid understanding of data migrations and integration models (APIs, webhooks, batch processing) is also required.
Compensation includes a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 annually, with benefits starting from day one. Additional perks include a professional development budget, 401k matching, and half-day Fridays.
