Implementation Manager, Commercial

Engine is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding process for major commercial clients, ensuring their successful integration and long-term success on the platform. This role involves designing tailored rollout plans, driving product adoption, leading implementation meetings and training sessions, and coordinating seamless transitions to Account Management teams. The Implementation Manager will collaborate closely with Sales and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the initial year of the customer lifecycle.
