Implementation Project Manager
Riskified is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants. This role involves serving as the primary point of accountability for customer implementations, ensuring seamless execution from integration kickoff through post–go-live stabilization. The Implementation Project Manager will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Integration, Analytics, Data Science, Product, and Merchant-facing teams, to drive alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver a superior onboarding experience for high-value accounts.
Key responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle of customer onboarding projects, acting as the single point of accountability for project delivery, timelines, and outcomes, and building and managing detailed project plans while tracking dependencies across multiple teams. The role also involves enforcing a standardized Go-Live Checklist to ensure readiness for all high-value accounts, serving as the central communication hub across internal teams, and proactively identifying, documenting, and escalating project risks and blockers.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex, technical, multi-stakeholder projects with strong attention to timelines and dependencies. They should possess the ability to clearly and proactively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences, a highly accountable and proactive approach with the confidence to lead without direct authority, and a strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and technical integrations. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven ability to balance competing priorities, influence decision-making, and push back when needed, and be highly detail-oriented with a focus on validating outcomes—not just tracking progress.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000, applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly or in part within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. Riskified offers a comprehensive benefits package, including fully-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance from the first day, equity for all employees, 401(k) with matching, commuter benefits, catered lunch, fully-stocked kitchen, team events, happy hours, birthday celebrations, yoga, pilates, soccer league, wellness classes, and wide-ranging opportunities to volunteer and make an impact in local communities.
