Implementations Services Manager

The Implementation Services Manager at LogicGate is responsible for overseeing customer onboarding and expansion projects, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of the company's AI-driven Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This role involves collaborating within a pod-based structure, working closely with Engagement Managers and Pod Leaders to maintain project health and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end implementation processes, leveraging LogicGate's AI assistant, Config Newton, to automate routine tasks, and focusing on strategic problem-solving to address upstream business challenges. The manager will also design and build customized Risk Cloud applications tailored to client needs, aiming to enhance long-term adoption and minimize technical debt.

Candidates should have at least four years of experience in software implementations, consulting, or project management, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment. A minimum of two years in the GRC industry or related fields is required. An AI-first mindset, with proficiency in generative AI tools, is highly preferred. Strong technical skills in Excel or similar products and the ability to manage multiple large projects with executive-level stakeholders are essential.

The anticipated on-target earnings for this role range from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.
