As a Strategic Account Executive at LogicGate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by targeting large enterprises across various industries, focusing on their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs. LogicGate is a leader in the GRC software industry, offering solutions that empower end-users to self-manage, thereby saving enterprises significant time and resources. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic territory plans for a targeted list of accounts using Salesforce and leveraging advanced sales technologies, including marketing automation and pipeline analytics. Your day-to-day activities will involve generating new business pipelines through cold prospecting, partner collaborations, and various communication channels. You will guide customers through the entire sales lifecycle, from qualification and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing, while actively listening to their goals and providing feedback to the product team. Additionally, you will utilize sales enablement tools to measure activities, develop best practices, and continuously refine sales processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in large enterprise sales within the B2B SaaS technology sector. A strong curiosity and desire to understand customer challenges, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate how LogicGate can add value, are essential. Excellent listening skills, humility, and the capacity to quickly grasp new technologies are important, with previous experience in Business Process Management (BPM) or GRC software being a significant advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in and sales automation software, and a willingness to be creative and iterative in refining sales processes are also key qualifications.

The anticipated on-target earnings for this role range from $290,000 to $350,000 per year, including equity and benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, and proficiency.
