The Inside Sales Associate at DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC) serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients seeking DNA relationship testing services. This role involves utilizing consultative sales techniques to educate and guide customers through their testing options, ensuring they make informed decisions. DDC, a global leader in DNA testing, processes over one million samples worldwide and is part of Eurofins, a scientific company with a vast network of laboratories across 60 countries.
Key responsibilities include handling 30-40 inbound calls daily, actively listening to customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The associate will explain DDC's products and services professionally via phone, email, text, or chat, and employ consultative sales methods to overcome objections and close sales. Maintaining professionalism and sensitivity when addressing confidential or emotional inquiries is essential, as is achieving or exceeding performance goals related to closing rates, revenue per call, and call volume.
Candidates should possess one to two years of sales experience in retail, inside sales, or logistics, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong persuasive communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and high emotional intelligence are crucial. The role requires a results-driven attitude, excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer and typing skills. Upholding ethical behavior and confidentiality, as well as completing HIPAA training, are mandatory.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.50 to $16.50, based on experience, plus a guaranteed commission of $750 for the first three months. Monthly commissions are awarded based on sales achievements, with successful team members enjoying annual earnings between $45,000 and $75,000.
