The Incoming Samples Specialist role is integral to the company's operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming samples within a dynamic and flexible team environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and registering incoming samples, verifying their completeness and accuracy to ensure proper processing. Your duties will include logging incoming assignments and samples, preparing samples for dispatch to external laboratories, recording results from outsourced samples into the laboratory system, and collaborating with colleagues to identify and manage re-analyses when necessary.

The ideal candidate possesses a vocational education level (MBO) or equivalent, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives on finding solutions. Attention to detail and precision are essential, along with a good command of the Dutch language. The role requires the ability to distinguish colors and numbers accurately. Availability for 32-39 hours per week is necessary, with a mandatory commitment to work on Fridays.
