Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative at Eurofins serves as the primary point of contact for client service and sales-related activities within the laboratory. This role involves working onsite at the lab, handling inside sales through calls and emails, and conducting 3-5 client site visits per week. Key responsibilities include becoming knowledgeable about Eurofins Environment Testing services, industry terminology, and company operations. The representative will manage accounts through the entire sales process, from quoting to order fulfillment, utilizing CRM software to maintain client information. Additionally, the role involves identifying new opportunities, maintaining order frequency through phone and email, and providing support to outside sales teams.
The ideal candidate should possess a BS/BA in Chemistry, Sciences, Marketing, or a related field, with 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are also required.
