is seeking an Institutional Sales Associate to drive the growth of its institutional business within the APAC region. This role involves managing high-value institutional accounts, fostering long-term revenue growth, and delivering a consistently strong client experience. The position is based in Singapore, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding institutional prospects such as hedge funds, family offices, venture capital firms, and high-frequency trading firms within the APAC markets. The associate will manage the full sales lifecycle, from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC/onboarding and first trade execution. Additionally, the role requires articulating the value proposition of institutional suite, including OTC Spot liquidity, Options/Derivatives strategies, and Market Making services, while staying ahead of market trends and regulatory shifts in the Korean market.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading, preferably with a background in traditional finance or crypto. A strong foundational understanding of OTC trading, market-making mechanics, and the digital asset ecosystem is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a "hunter" mentality with high resilience, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to distill complex blockchain services into clear, actionable insights for institutional stakeholders. Native-level or professional fluency in an Asian language, such as Korean or Mandarin, along with strong written and spoken English skills, is preferred.
