The Institutional Sales Manager at will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategic institutional clients across Nigeria. This role focuses on driving long-term revenue growth and ensuring a consistently strong client experience within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency sector.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing client acquisition strategies, leading the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, and delivering market updates and product education in collaboration with internal trading desks. The manager will also oversee client onboarding, expansion, and account growth, acting as the primary point of contact for engagement and strategic discussions.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in institutional relationship management, client success, or enterprise sales, with a background in crypto, fintech, payments, banking, capital markets, or trading. Experience working with African financial markets and managing a portfolio of institutional clients is essential. Strong commercial judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage complex relationships are also required.
