Insurance Litigation Paralegal

DoorDash is seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Paralegal to join our Legal team, focusing on managing our personal injury litigation docket. This role is integral to our Insurance Litigation group, collaborating closely with in-house counsel, outside counsel, insurance carriers, and cross-functional teams to support our rapidly growing business.

The Insurance Litigation Paralegal will oversee and maintain the integrity of DoorDash's personal injury litigation docket from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing a team of paralegals, retrieving and distributing documents via service of process, supporting discovery processes such as issuing legal holds and responding to subpoenas, and improving workflows that impact quarterly financial reporting requirements.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have over five years of experience managing a large docket of cases at a top law firm or in-house legal department. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $94,600 to $139,000, depending on experience and location. Additional compensation includes opportunities for equity grants.
